Extension of the triceps on the upper block with V-handle — technique exercises:

  1. Attach rope to the upper block V-handle. Grab it reverse grip (palms facing down). Brush shoulder width apart.
  2. Become straight, leaning forward slightly. Part of the arm from shoulder to elbow next to the body and perpendicular to the floor. Forearm facing the trainer. This will be your initial position.
  3. On the exhale, straining the triceps, lower the handle down. Continue until the handle touches the hips, and arms will be fully extended and perpendicular to the floor. Part of the arm from shoulder to elbow should remain stationary, movement is only the forearm.
  4. After a short pause on inhale, slowly raise the handle back to its original position.
  5. Complete the required number of repetitions.

Variations: you can also perform this exercise using an ordinary cable car or EZ – stick.
