Valentine’s Day is a special holiday for couples in love, on this day romance and love are in the air, and we all want to pleasantly surprise our halves, to make this day memorable. How can you manage to organize a romantic dinner in the bustle of everyday routine, office affairs and business meetings? We have prepared an express menu of dishes that you can prepare in a matter of minutes, and you will delight your loved one with an exquisite dinner.
– Start with a cocktail, over a glass or two, time will go faster, and the mood will already become festive:
Preparation: mix apple and grape juices, honey, add wine, stir and pour into glasses, decorate each glass with a lemon wedge.

Preparation: Soak gelatin in 60 gr. cold water, pour sugar into the cream, start with 100 grams, if you are not sweet enough, add the remaining 50 grams, add vanilla sugar and heat to a boil. Add gelatin gruel to hot cream, stir thoroughly. Pour the mass into portioned molds or cups, put in the refrigerator. Prepare berry sauce, for this, beat the berries with sugar or powdered sugar, while serving the fields with this panna cottu sauce.

Shrimp cocktail salad
You will need: red onion 1/2 onion, lemon 1pc, olive oil 1 teaspoon, large peeled shrimps 400-500 gr, avocado 1pc, tomato 1pc, cucumber 1pc, a couple of parsley sprigs for decoration, lime 1pc, a bunch of lettuce leaves, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation: finely chop the onion, peel the boiled shrimp, cut all the vegetables into cubes, tear the salad. Combine all ingredients, season with olive oil and lime juice, salt and pepper to taste. Put the salad in wide glasses and decorate with a sprig of parsley.

Tagliatelle with mushroom sauce
Preparation: chop the onion, chop the garlic and fry in olive oil until transparent, add the wine, evaporate it a little over low heat.
Cut the champignons into slices, add to the pan, add spices, salt, pour in the cream, bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the grated parmesan a couple of minutes until tender.
Boil tagliatelle in salted water until aldente, drain the water, add the sauce, stir. Place on plates, sprinkle with Parmesan on top.
