The laboratory received products under the brands “Belorusskie”, “Bulmeni”, “Lozhkarev”, “Ostankino traditional dumplings”, “Siberian collection”, “Starodvorie” и “Caesar”… Last year, experts have already conducted a similar study, then the Siberian Collection and Caesar dumplings occupied leading positions in the ratings – first and third places, respectively. However, given their price, this can be assumed, because these are one of the most expensive dumplings on the market. And this year, both leaders have left the rating, being in the black list.
“E. coli was found in dumplings of all retested brands. In a previously conducted study, none of the seven TMs were found to have violations in this indicator, “- explain the experts of” Roskachestvo “.
And in dumplings “Siberian collection” there was also salmonella.
“Since dumplings are a packaged frozen product, there is a high probability that the detected E. coli bacteria are a consequence of non-compliance with sanitary and hygienic requirements in production,” the experts clarify.
In addition, in dumplings “Lozhkarev” и “Ostanskie traditional dumplings” protein turned out to be less than indicated on the label. So there is an unscrupulous attitude towards customers – they are simply deceived.

Last year, dumplings “Mishkinsky product”, “Myasnov”, “Okraina”, “Pospel”, “Rodnoy Dom”, “Salnikov”, “By own hands” were included in the black list of microbiologists. Toddlers ”,“ Siberian gourmet ”and“ Snezhana ”(“ Home ”) – E. coli was found in all. And mold was also found in the products of the Starodvorskie brand.
At the same time, antibiotics were found in the Belorusskie and Billa dumplings – in certain doses it is permissible, but the amount of drugs in the products of these brands exceeded all norms.
