Roskontrol experts checked the quality of condensed milk from 13 brands: Alekseevskoe, Rogachev, Glavprodukt, Cow iz Korenovka, Glubokoe, Molochnaya Strana, Sovok, Gustiyar, Volokonovskoe, Vologda dairy products ”,“ Smetanin Trading House ”, JSC“ Belgorod Dairy Products ”,“ Lenta ”.
As a result, milk was definitely rejected «Main Product» и “Deep”… As experts explain, the product of these brands cannot be called “whole condensed milk with sugar”. In Glavprodukt, the mass fraction of protein and fat does not meet the standards, while in Glubokoe it is only the mass fraction of fat. And both of them violate the viscosity parameters.
“The mass fraction of protein in non-fat milk solids is an important indicator of the quality of condensed milk. Low protein content may indicate that whey powder is being used instead of milk powder or thickeners in the production. The mass fraction of protein in condensed milk must be at least 34% “, – Elena Menyachikhina, leading specialist of the expert center of the Union of Consumers.
Other brands also have deviations from GOST: “Vologda dairy products”, “JSC Belgorod Dairy Products”, “Tape”, “Gustiyar” do not correspond to GOST in terms of the mass fraction of protein, and the sample “Trading house Smetanin” – also in terms of the mass fraction of moisture, there is too much water in milk.
In addition, purity standards have also been violated – brand-name milk «Main Product», “Cow from Korenovka” и “Deep” contains too many impurities.
Indeed, only five brands of products are made according to GOST: Alekseevskoe, Rogachev, Milk Country, Sovok, Volokonskoe.
