The technique was tested in practice – such an experiment was staged in our country for the first time.
When we buy a car, all we know about it is the reputation of the manufacturer, price, weight, dimensions and some technical details. But to the question: “How does it erase?” can only answer on forums on the Internet. And even there opinions will be subjective and not very reliable.
The experts of the Roskontrol Consumer Union undertook to answer the main question. For the first time, 16 models of compact front-loading machines with a depth of 40–45 centimeters were taken for testing. Popular and well-known brands that were tested: Beko, Bosch, Candy, Haier, Hotpoint-Ariston, LG and Samsung.
First, the main thing: the quality of the wash. To check it, experts stained cotton fabrics with spinach, cherries, wine, gouache, lipstick – in general, they left the most varied and large quantities of stains. Best of all, Beko, Candy, Hotpoint-Ariston, LG and Samsung did the job, Haier and Bosch lagged behind. The German brand unexpectedly lagged behind – this was explained by the fact that the manufacturer overestimated the actual drum capacity. And the tighter it is packed, the worse the quality of the wash.
“We recommend loading the machine in daily operation by a maximum of 60-70 percent,” says Ilya Sukhanov, head of the JV testing laboratory “».
The worst indicators were for brands that we used to consider leaders: Hotpoint Ariston and Candy. Haier and Beko showed average results, the Bosch machine turned out to be slightly better. Samsung and LG squeeze out the best.
“It will surprise many people that the spin efficiency does not depend on the maximum drum speed. Some machines take a long time to spin the laundry at their modest 1000 rpm, while others reach the 1400 rpm promised in the advertisement. only at the end of the cycle, literally for a dozen seconds, ”explained Roskontrol.
As for the silence, Candy turned out to be the quietest, almost silent, a little louder – Hotpoint Ariston and Bosch. The rest of the models are also not very loud. Except for LG, which was let down by the sound of the drain pump.
The first place was given to Samsung typewriters. Especially good are those Samsung models that the creators have equipped with a hatch for additional loading of linen during the washing process, for which we are very grateful to them – goodbye, a lost sock that they forgot to put right away. The LG machine turned out to be good too. Both brands have good options and build quality.
Bosch and Haier cars were called solid, quite comfortable, but the price-quality ratio let us down. The experts considered the cost of the machines too high. Beko is a strong midrange at a reasonable price. True, the spin quality is not very good.
Experts rejected Hotpoint Ariston and Candy cars. The models of the first brand have a poor spin quality and an intricate system of washing programs. And the models of the second brand are poorly assembled at all.
“Samsung washing machines have become the undisputed leaders. They have excellent washing, spinning and noise potential and are the most comfortable. The LG F1096ND3 typewriter turned out to be good – comfortable and of high quality, perhaps a little noisy, “Roskontrol concluded.
