This month we tested the new all-in-one eye care corrector Visionnaire Yeux, Lancôme.
In 2011, Lancôme created the Visionnaire Global Serum to improve skin of all types and ages. Indeed anyone – because the tool has become a bestseller. And this fall, Visionnaire Yeux eye cream appeared. We asked the brand manager of our magazine, Evgenia Khodakovskaya, to evaluate its effectiveness. She tested the novelty for a month and a half.
Operating principle
The molecule LR 2412 created by Lancôme stimulates the renewal of skin cells even in the deep layers. Caffeine and the special ingredient Haloxyl improve microcirculation, constrict blood vessels, lighten pigmentation and dark circles under the eyes. Special pigments mask imperfections. Eugenia’s comment: “What unpronounceable names! I’m wary of what I don’t understand, and I usually trust products that my friends recommend. But I was inspired by the prospect of getting rid of the blue under the eyes. I confess that at first I was skeptical about the promises of Lancôme: too tempting.”
Feature of application
For one use, a drop of cream (about the size of a grain of rice) is enough, it is enough for both eyes. With the smooth side of the applicator, you need to distribute Visionnaire Yeux over the eyelids, and then massage with the ribbed side (diagram attached). Finally, lightly pat the skin with your fingertips. Eugenia’s comment: “Since childhood, I love the sea and everything connected with it. Therefore, I immediately liked the tube of aquamarine color. Its contents did not disappoint either – a creamy white cream with a barely noticeable aroma. For me, this is a definite plus: I do not like harsh smells. The product was absorbed without a trace. There were no redness or other problems. My eyes stinged only once, when Visionnaire Yeux got on the mucosa. According to the instructions, I distributed the cream with an applicator, but I was too lazy to do a massage. She just lightly patted her skin with her fingers.
Promised effect
Reducing wrinkles (by 17% in 4 weeks) and dark circles (by 13% in 8 weeks), evening out skin tone. Instant disguise of blue under the eyes and a radiant look. Eugenia’s comment: “The skin immediately became fresh and hydrated – I confirm this. But I didn’t notice the instant radiance and masking of dark circles, no matter how I looked. But after a few days, my attentive husband said that the blue under my eyes had decreased. I noticed improvement only after a couple of weeks. Once I looked at myself in the mirror and was amazed at how good I look without makeup. Out of habit, I still carry a tonal concealer for dark circles in my bag. But I don’t remember the last time I used it.
