Exercises to develop attention and memory

Our brain has such a great property as neuroplasticity. This means that if you keep the neurons of the brain in good shape, then it can be in good condition for a very, very long time. This also applies to different types of memory, for the performance of which different parts of the brain are responsible.
Memory can and should be trained in order to remember everything even at 80 years old. For example, where did you put your denture … Agree, cute skill.
So, here are five exercises that will help you test your memory and keep it in good shape.
Exercise 1: list of things
Here is a picture showing several different objects. Consider it for 60 seconds, and then take a blank sheet of paper and write (you can draw) everything that you remember.
Council. When you memorize objects, we advise you to do it in the order in which they are drawn. This will make it easier for you. In addition, you can say the name of the items aloud.
Exercise 2: fiction story
Below you will find several words that are in no way related to each other. They need to be linked into one story to remember. Best of all, if your story is very unusual, then the images will sink into your memory more strongly.

Exercise 3: Exploration Weekdays
Now let’s play scout. Look at the picture shown as much as necessary. Peer into every detail with the tenacity of a scout. Now remove the picture from your eyes and take out your “memory pad”, where write down everything that you can remember about this picture.
Council. Describe out loud what you see. Try to remember the order of the parts in the picture.
Exercise 4: falling back into childhood
Do you remember how we played “Sea Battle” in math lessons as a child? Let’s play with your memory now. Take a look at the picture below. Memorize it for a minute.
Then move it away and take a blank sheet of paper and draw everything you remember. Ideally, you should have a picture that exactly repeats the original.
Exercise 5: helping a friend
Now you need a friend who will speak the series of numbers below out loud. You shouldn’t see a piece of paper with numbers. Try to comprehend by ear. Naturally, your task is to memorize as many numbers as possible.
