Get in the habit of looking at your watch regularly and remembering the time. Think about what date it is every morning, and don’t forget it throughout the day. Your memory will become more trained even from such a simple exercise, believe me.
Mental photography
Do you think that only the camera can take pictures? Not at all. Our memory is also capable of this, believe me. It is very interesting to engage in such imprinting of objects in the head in beautiful places, more worthy objects around.

This will improve your attentiveness and you will pay attention to the details that you did not notice before.
Down with the routine
Very often we have problems remembering information due to the fact that we keep too many insignificant cases in it. Try recording simple actions, such as paying a gas bill or having to buy gas, on a calendar or on stickers. Over time, your new opportunities will surprise you!
More tips
Train your memory by playing chess, solving crosswords, scanwords and puzzles. If there is a desire, there will be an opportunity. You can do crossword puzzles on the subway, on the beach, at the airport, or sitting on the bus.
