So, what is needed for this: get on all fours. We place our hands along the body, keep our back straight and proceed to push-ups. For beginners, it is enough to do 10 push-ups once a day.

From a prone position, we simultaneously pull up our arms and legs, lifting the body. The back is round, the press is clamped. We keep the balance and try to hold out for 10 seconds. Then we relax and do it again. In total, you should get 3 approaches. The exercise is not easy, but the result will appear in a month. Provided that you do it every day, and do exercises with cardio load (running, jumping rope) for 5-10 minutes before class.

It is better to perform after a set of strength exercises. We sit on the mat, back and knees – straight. As you exhale, we begin to tilt the body to the knees, as low as possible. Relax. Stretching is usually used to calm down, so that at this moment you can think of something beautiful, dream.
