Exercise for the oblique muscles of the stomach “Bridge”, a technique of the exercise:
The exercise is aimed at strengthening the oblique abdominal muscles and strengthening the spine.
- Lie on your right side. The body is on weight, relying on the forearm and side of feet.
- Hold this position for 2-4 seconds.
- Turn around and perform the exercise for the other side. Stay up there a total of at least 60 seconds for each side.
