What I need to do, I do it on time, even if it is Difficult things. I start on time, do it reasonably quickly, and complete it by the time I set myself. Deadlines are recorded. This is how any qualified employee of a serious company, secretary or assistant manager can work, I can work just as well.
The internal is good: I even start Difficult deeds (including articles and academic papers) without protest, with pleasure. I keep the right face and the right inner text.
Relaxation: I do Difficult things without inner tension. Relaxation — mastered!
I am in a resource: if I am not in the spirit and not in a resource, I can easily put myself into a resourceful state. Autogenic training with the right pictures and the right suggestions? Cheerful voice, cheerful song, exercise? Shower?
Easy start: I can start a business right away, finding simple things that are accessible to me. For example, for an article I write separate thoughts, take notes, then unfold it into something more coherent. And it went!
