Mandarin essential oil has a calming effect, and due to the high content of ascorbic acid, the fruit also strengthens the immune system. Citrus phytoncides have antimicrobial effects, and tangerine fiber and pectins have a positive effect on digestion.

Allergy
In recent years, food allergies have become more common. The most allergenic foods include citrus fruits, chocolate, strawberries, strawberries, honey, and others.
