PSYchology

Exaltation is an emotional state of elevated liveliness with a touch of unnatural enthusiasm, which seems to have no reason. It manifests itself in the form of a dreamy mood, then inexplicable enthusiasm.

Exaltation, like any other emotion, is made up of three components: internal text, facial expressions and body —

plasticity is the same as facial expressions, but applied to the body. That is, it is the ability to express one’s emotion with the help of body movements. The more relaxed the body, the more developed and flexible it is, the better the plasticity is developed.

picture-situation

if you need to reproduce a certain emotional state, imagine a situation when you experienced (or can experience) the desired emotion.

By itself, the picture works poorly, but it provides the “naturalness” of the given emotion.

It is better to add internal text, facial expressions and plasticity to the picture — the ability to express your emotion with the help of body movements.

As for facial expressions and body, a dull face and bored eyes, sluggish movements and tired shoulders, dangling hands and shuffling legs are suddenly replaced by jerky movements and a willingness to take off, eyes open to the maximum, as if flashing, a previously silent person becomes talkative, monotonous intonation suddenly is painted with all the colors of the rainbow, and the text sounds, emphasizing the maximum positive: “What a great morning! What a bright sun! What a blue sky! What great people around! What a big and beautiful puddle in front of us!”

The world is repainted in shining colors, where everything is so delightful and inspires a great mood. The world is wonderful, and I love this world!

Exaltation is more often inherent in actors and women.
