You probably know that glowing skin has been the main trend for several seasons. And if in the summer a fashionable highlighter shimmers beautifully on the cheekbones (thanks to the sun), then in winter you will not be limited to one beauty product. We decided to put together a clear guide to help you look brilliant (literally and figuratively) every day.

– If we talk about the radiance of the skin in general, then, of course, not only the right care, but also the way of life is of great importance. First of all, the drinking regimen, you must consume at least 1,5 liters of clean water per day. Get enough sleep (sleep should be in a well-ventilated area) for at least 8 hours.

Taking vitamin complexes (especially in the off-season this is important). Well, remember that life is movement, so at least a little physical activity is very useful for our general well-being and vigor.

If we talk about skin care, then in the first place is competent skin cleansing. To make your skin glow, choose products with AXA acids, they are useful for everyone, at any age. The most important thing is to choose a comfortable texture for yourself (milk or gel for washing). It is also better to choose tonics with AXA acids and vitamins.

For young skin, especially if it is oily or combination, masks that contain clay or sea mud are useful, they absorb sebum well, lighten blackheads. It is recommended to scrub your face with fermented peels 1-2 times a week. You can use detox masks, they usually contain particles that can be used to scrub your face (just moisten your fingers with water and massage it). All these manipulations will promote radiance, thus, we help our skin to get rid of dead epidermis.

Creams must contain hyaluronic acid, extracts of aloe vera, algae – they perfectly moisturize and soothe the skin. For skin glow, it is good to use creams or serums with vitamin C. This is a good antioxidant protection, protection of capillaries and vascular walls, lightening, overall radiance.

For aging skin, choose creams with retinol, B vitamins, which soothe and normalize sebum production, vitamin E, which helps to prolong skin youthfulness. Well, do not forget about a light massage of active points on the face. It helps a lot to tone the skin in the morning.

Of course, a lot depends on the care, but with the help of makeup you can immediately make your face brighter and more radiant, fortunately, now there are a huge number of methods for this.

Tone

After you’ve applied your moisturizer, use a reflective face primer. Firstly, it will create a makeup base, and secondly, it will correct all skin imperfections.

Only then apply a foundation or foundation fluid (it is lighter in texture) with a shine effect. Apply it in a thin layer, blending evenly. Now is the time to create the necessary accents on the face – take a highlighter and apply it on the cheekbones, under the eyebrow, in the inner corner of the eye and on the bridge of the nose.

If you have a liquid highlighter (for example, with a pink or gold undertone), then it can be added to your foundation for a healthy glow.

Eyes

You are probably tired of brown or gray eyeshadows that give your face an earthy tint. That is why most of the models at the fall-winter 2018 shows took to the catwalk with bright arrows. Pink, red, blue, green, metallic or matte – choose the one you like best.

Cheeks

Do not neglect using this beauty product, as it will give your cheekbones the desired shade. Peach, soft pink and berry will look natural on the cheeks. Choose creamy textures that are easy to apply and blend.

If you are not yet ready for the bright arrows, then take a closer look at the ombre lip makeup technique – for this you need to take two shades of lipstick: apply a dark one along the contour, and a lighter one in the middle.
