PSYchology

Priority — the order in which tasks (actions) are performed to achieve the set goal, based on the determination of the comparative importance, significance of the items on the list of tasks (actions).

In time management, in the to-do list of the day, priorities should be determined: which things are more important and urgent (first priorities, they should be done first), which ones are less important and not so urgent (medium and low priorities, they can be done in the second and third line).

How to prioritize your tasks? Easily. Just take a piece of paper (an option is a tablet or a laptop) and write down your affairs there, for example, for today. Now rewrite it, prioritizing everything. The most important things should be at the top.

If there are a lot of things, do not rush to rewrite them. Start by using Latin letters A, B and C (this is very solid) to mark the significance of each item: A — the most important, B — the importance of the second level, C — less significant. It is desirable that the number of points A, B and C be approximately equal.
