Roskachestvo employees conducted a lot of research and found out which products on the shelves of grocery stores are the most dangerous, and which ones are the other way around.
It became known which foods and drinks in Russia are considered by experts to be the most dangerous, and which are the other way around. In Roskachestvo, dozens of studies have been carried out and conclusions have been drawn based on the results obtained.
Experts have counted the number of products with a high rating and zeroed in each category. Then the percentage of safe and high-quality products was calculated from the total number of studied brands (there were at least 17 of them in each category).
“The safest categories were vodka and vegetable oil. The most unsafe are pork shashlik, glazed vanilla curds and cognac, ” departments.
Tomato juice was also classified as the safest drink. The greatest risk in this category, according to experts, is represented by microorganisms, poorly purified water and flavoring components.
The experts considered buckwheat to be the safest cereal. They also listed what can be found in low-quality cereals. There were found dead beetles, pesticides and metal-magnetic impurities.
Salmon caviar was recognized as the most unsafe product in the “fish and seafood” category. Experts found E. coli five times in fish products, four times – staphylococcus and harmful bacteria.
The most unsafe meat products, in addition to shashlik, were dumplings and Domashny minced meat. And broiler chickens were named the safest product in this category.
