– Alas, I can’t allow my body to sleep as much as it needs. In principle, I am sorry to waste time on sleep, because at this time you can do a lot of interesting things. I go to bed very late, and I get up at seven o’clock. Often there is even an opportunity to sleep, but I get up. Although, if we talk about the secrets of beauty, then you need to sleep more – 8 hours a day by rail. There is no need to take an example from me in this matter.

Now I’m going to rest in Thailand. But even there I will not be able to sleep as long as I need – because of the change in time zones. And in the morning I will have a lot of pleasant things – meeting the dawn, yoga classes, breakfast, swimming, massage … There I will restore the main thing – my nerves. I will also carry out a detox – I will sit on green juices for three days, and after that I will definitely start adhering to a special diet. At least that’s what I plan. However, every time I return to Moscow all so happy and cleansed, I always think: “I will do the same at least once a month at home”. But somehow it never worked out.

In terms of food, I am unpretentious. I had lunch with friends in a Georgian restaurant, there was a lot of tasty things that I could not refuse. And now I’m sitting, for some reason, gnawing on pistachios and wondering how I can get rid of extra calories. Most likely I will go for a walk: I really like walking. And I don’t like to eat in the morning. Breakfast for me is ideally water. And then I don’t eat for at least an hour. I make an exception only in hotels with delicious breakfasts, I can’t resist there, such an appetite appears. And at home after the water comes the hated oatmeal with dried fruits and nuts. But then I eat whatever I want.

My advice to you is to negotiate with your body. If you want to pamper yourself with food, then do not forget that there is such an institution as a sports club. If possible, you can go there every day. Exercising at home is not for me. Only in a club with a coach. Before leaving, I definitely go to yoga, then I pack my things – and get on the plane. By the way, during the flight, I also get up several times, do squats. And I recommend to everyone – take special compression golfs with you on board, they do not allow your veins to jump out where they should not.

I definitely take with me on vacation a special soap for my face. It is made from ash and is great for cleansing. I usually do this: first I wash my face with this soap, then I put on a mask, then I take it off and apply a scrub based on almond seeds, and then I lubricate my face with cream. I love masks, I have a lot of all sorts of jars with them, and in the morning I will certainly put something on myself. And of course, I make regular trips to the beautician, where I get not only professional skin cleansing, but also restorative procedures, mesotherapy, for example … In this case, it is impossible to give any advice, each woman selects care individually, focusing on her age skin condition.

And of course, do not forget about folk recipes. Summer is coming soon, which means fresh fruits and vegetables will ripen. When I see a strawberry in the garden, I rub my face with it. And with black currants too, and I surround them with slices of fresh cucumber. These garden masks are very refreshing for the skin.
