Some women are lucky: they have good genetics. This is 80% the key to success, the rest is work on yourself. Here you are either lucky or not very lucky. Next time they may not be offered. ” Quite a bold call, but my mother and I never argue.
It would be good to think as early as possible about whether you are living the right way. Monitor your health and diet, take care of your body. Be active, do not forget about physical activity. Do not devote yourself completely to work, allow yourself to relax, rest. Try to get rid of bad habits! Smoking and sunlight have an extremely negative effect on the skin. It is best not to smoke at all, and when you go outside, always use sunscreen.
There are no age restrictions for playing sports: all women need it – both at the age of 20 and those over 60. It is advisable to devote at least 45 minutes to sports 5 days a week, if you do not have chronic diseases. And exercising for more than 1,5 hours a day is unhealthy. Ideally, a workout should have three parts: ½ the time is fitness, aerobic exercise, ¼ is strength, and the second is ¼ stretching. If a woman is flexible, plastic, with a flying gait, she attracts a man’s attention even from the back!
This is one of the methods women use in their pursuit of youth. It certainly has an effect, but it can be dangerous in its consequences, such as thrombosis, breast and uterine oncology. Therefore, you need to think ten times before taking such a risk, be thoroughly examined before treatment, trust only a highly qualified doctor. But age still can’t be fooled! You seem to be watching some of our stars on TV, and it seems that over the years they have blossomed, they look even better than at 40. But if you meet them in everyday life, without makeup, you are unlikely to recognize them. They are appropriate for their age, believe me.
Beauty injections and plastic surgery
They allow women to feel more beautiful, younger, more confident in themselves, which means they make sense. But the measure is important, the main thing is not to overdo it, not to lose your individuality. And do not expect miracles, plastic will refresh the face for a while, however, age-related changes will appear again.
Be sure to be interested in something: politics, fashion, painting, novelties in the theatrical or musical world. Engage yourself to the maximum, and you will not have time to think that youth is leaving. In addition, in this way you train your memory, broaden your horizons, which again helps a woman stay young longer.
Women in creative professions look younger than those in hard physical work or sports. Look at artists, directors, poets, singers, actors, musicians – the energy of creativity feeds them, excites and inspires them. It’s never too late to change your life by adding an element of creativity to it.

Women of all ages need no more than 1800 calories a day.
- It is necessary to eat a pound of vegetables and a pound of fruit a day, alternating colors, because green, yellow and red foods contain different vitamins and minerals.
- Fish should definitely be in the diet, because the omega-3 fats contained in it and seafood are good for the body. If you don’t like marine life, be sure to take fish oil!
- You can eat fish as much as you want, but meat should be limited. Large amounts of animal fats are harmful. Red meat (beef, pork, lamb) – no more than three times a week. Chicken and turkey can be eaten more often, they are lean, healthy meat, which is high in magnesium and zinc.
- The diet should include natural foods from whole grains: wholemeal bread with bran, wild rice, muesli, cereals – they are high in fiber, which improves intestinal function. This is the most important component of a healthy diet, there is a lot of fiber in plant foods: apples, potatoes, oranges, lemons, grapefruits.
- Dairy products are a source of calcium, but it is better to use low-fat kefir, cottage cheese, yoghurts.
- Antioxidants should also be present in the diet, but it is a myth that they work wonders in slowing down the aging process. There is no scientific evidence for this to date.
- For pleasure and joy, you can afford a piece of dark chocolate with a cocoa content of at least 70%, as well as 50 g of nuts per day: their regular use rejuvenates and heals the female body.
- You need to drink as much as you want. 600 g of liquid (this includes soup, wine, coffee, and juices) per day is needed to make up for the loss of water. Drink plenty, just do not torment yourself, do not force yourself.
- Refined sugar and salt are the white enemies of humanity, they are totally harmful, their use must be minimized.
