Headache

Basil oil will help relieve nervous tension, vasospasm, and facilitate falling asleep.

How to use: add 7-9 drops of oil to the aroma lamp, light it, and lie down yourself for 30-40 minutes. To enhance the effect, add a couple of drops of oil to the corner of your pillowcase.

Tip: Basil has a pretty strong effect, so use this method no more than once every three days.

Cold

Bergamot oil helps with a cold, sinusitis, tonsillitis.

How to use: add 9-10 drops of oil to the aroma lamp, light it 2-3 times a day. In addition, every other day, do inhalations: 3-4 drops of oil in 2 liters of hot water.

Tip: bergamot oil invigorates, so it is better for them not to treat hyperexcitable children under 14 years old.

It hurts with PMS

Anise oil can ease pain syndromes.

Method of application: carry out the procedure in the last two to three days of the cycle. Add 9 drops of oil to the aroma lamp or inhale the scent from a sachet.

Tip: Anise essential oil is excellent for relieving pain and soothing.

Stress

Sandalwood oil soothes the nervous system, with its help you can calm the excitement.

How to use: add 5-6 drops of oil to the bath. Lie in warm water for 15 minutes. It is advisable to do such procedures in the evening. Go to bed right after your bath.

Tip: For a change, you can mix sandalwood oil with other oils (4 drops of each).
