How to troubleshoot
You can try to reset the error by rebooting the system. For this:
- pull the plug out of the socket;
- wait 10-15 minutes;
- start the dishwasher.
If the E21 code is no longer on the screen, then the cause was a system failure. But if it is highlighted again, then you should check:
- Disconnect the machine from communications, disconnect from the network.
- Open the door and remove the baskets.
- Unscrew the drain filter from the pan.
- The pump is behind the filter.
- Loosen the screws and remove the cover by pulling it towards you.
- Check the impeller for debris that could be blocking it.
Now you need to check the drain pump. To do this, turn the machine upside down, remove the bottom cover by unscrewing the screws or unfastening the latches. A pump is attached to the side of the circulation block. Remove the mounting bolt and disconnect the wiring leading to it. Grab the pump with your hand and turn it counterclockwise.
