The device and principle of operation of the Arderia boiler
Equipment “Arderia” is available in two variations: with one bithermic heat exchanger or with two radiators. Bithermic has a tube-in-tube design. Its principle is that at the same time there is heating of water for heating and hot water supply (DHW).
The second option includes two nodes, the heating in which takes place separately. The primary radiator is made of copper and the secondary one is made of stainless steel. The circulation of the coolant in the system is forced thanks to the Grundfos pump. Its rotor does not come into contact with the liquid, so it lasts longer than usual.
The removal of combustion products is also forced. There is a fan above the burner. The coaxial chimney consists of two tubes. Clean air comes in one, smoke is removed through the other. The electronic board includes an additional chip that serves as a voltage regulator.

Error Codes
The Arderia gas boiler works, as a rule, stably. But this does not mean that the technique does not need maintenance. The accumulation of scale, debris, soot leads to system malfunctions. Sometimes the causes of malfunctions are external factors: pressure drops in the line, power surges in the network.
As soon as you notice a fault code on the display, look at the instructions. The first thing the manufacturer recommends is to reboot. If after switching on the error is displayed again, look for its value in our table.

Other problems
What should I do if there is a clear malfunction of the boiler, but the error code is not displayed?
There is a smell of gas in the room. Close the shut-off valves and call the gas service for a check.
After turning on the appliance, the fan started to rotate, but burner does not start:
- Voltage fluctuations in the network. Measure readings with a voltmeter. If instability is a frequent “guest” in your home, connect an additional stabilizer;
- Check the tightness of the combustion chamber, check the condition of the chimney;
- Examine the pressure switch. When it breaks, it needs repair.
Yellow flame in the burner. Clean the burner nozzles from soot, soot, dust. Adjust gas valve settings.
For a long time no hot water. If you just started the boiler, wait until it warms up.
Before starting the heating equipment, carefully read the operating instructions. Often the causes of problems are incorrect settings of the regulators.
