When choosing diets, you need to be careful not to harm your body. You can’t give up too many products – we need them. Therefore, the English diet for 21 days can be that lifeline that was thrown to us from the shores of Foggy Albion.

What is the principle of the 21 day English diet? In the change of protein and vegetable days, and the bulk of the calories you need to get in the evening, breakfast should be as light as possible and not high in calories. High protein foods make up a large part of the diet, which can be classified as a carbohydrate-free diet.

The duration of the English diet in this case, as the name suggests, is 21 days. During this time, it is quite possible to part with 10 kg, but if you give yourself indulgences and do not strictly follow the selected diet, then the result will be more modest.

  • 8.00 – 2 oranges or 2 apples;

  • 13:00 – a plate of vegetable soup without potatoes with 1 tablespoon vegetable oil; vinaigrette or vegetable stew in vegetable oil; toast;

  • 16:00 – any fruit, except bananas;

  • 19:00 – vegetable salad, half 1 tbsp. honey, a cup of tea.
