Energy is one of the main components of self-confidence and personal potential in general.
Energy should not be confused with life energy. Life energy is a fairly stable characteristic of a person, similar to the characteristics of temperament, and energy is a situational characteristic: in the morning there may be none, but by the evening the person has gone!
Can you increase your energy? Yes, it is quite. Each person is energetic, first of all, to the extent of his habit. And a habit is a conditional thing, therefore, almost everyone has a place to increase their energy. Experience shows that a healthy person does not need any external sources to increase energy (at least for a short time): when necessary, energy is taken from nowhere, “out of thin air”. At the same time, our energy supply is different, and it is always useful to increase your energy supply. To do this, we monitor our health and vitality in general, and also create conditions for high energy.
A wonderful habit is to live on a high emotional background, with enthusiasm, inspiration, passion and enthusiasm. It is always important to have a vision of goals, prospects and opportunities: even a squirrel will get tired of running in a wheel just like that. If you see bright prospects in front of you, understand that actions make sense and it is quite real, the energy will be higher. A good environment nearby is very motivating for exploits. A great move is to use the opportunity to energize people nearby. If you need to energize children who have not yet fully woken up every morning, you yourself will be energized most of all. Well, the easiest way to take energy when there are no forces is a simple walk through the forest and sleep.
There are several keys to energy management, the main ones are: body, speech and inner mood. With these keys, you can both increase and decrease your energy.
Interestingly, the means of increasing energy through the body are at the same time its signs: look at the body of an energetic person, repeat the style of his gestures, movements, stance and behavior, and your energy will increase. What should you pay special attention to? When a person stands energetically, his body weight is on his toes, the body is ready to lean forward. If an energetic, self-confident person goes into a circle and turns in different directions there, he often does this through steps forward, not back (oddly enough, steps back are a fairly common occurrence). He has quick and precise gestures, the ability to move quickly. During gestures, the arms rise easily, the elbows do not hang. An energetic person has lively eyes, a loud, sonorous voice (try it!) or with a high internal tempo.
Therefore, correct your posture: straighten up, straighten your shoulders, smile and say to yourself “I am joy!” Train yourself to walk more energetically, and only run up the stairs! If the energy has fallen, it is useful to alternate two things: relaxation and cheerfulness. Lie down — do exercises with vigorous movements. Pause, rest. Then again, including sharp swings of the arms, kicks and other maximally sharp movements.
Energy is closely related to our breath. A short sharp exhalation energizes. (HA!). A longer breath — on the contrary, calms, reduces energy.
Speech is breath plus sound, and one of the easiest ways to raise your energy is to speak louder and faster. You will speak loudly and cheerfully — there will be energy. Add exhalation strokes to your speech, start to make accents, strike on words — the energy will increase even more. An operational way to raise energy is to shout. Just don’t do it at home, it’s better to go jogging in the park. On the other hand, a quiet, slow, smooth voice calms (both oneself and others). Monotonous speech — lulls. If you remember your favorite peppy melodies and get used to singing them — well and out loud too, then your life will become more cheerful, and you will be more confident.
Energy is influenced not only by external speech, but also by the internal text that a person pronounces inside himself. If the inner text is negative, it is better to turn it off, to create inner silence. If you need energy, then the correct internal text (cheerful installations “Forward! I can! I will do it!”) Will create it. If the internal texts are calm, chanting, meditative, then the energy after them becomes calmer.
Energy is a reflection of our inner mood, those images that we keep in mind. If this is the image of a winner with raised hands giving greetings, the energy will be high. It is necessary to reduce — we imagine a quiet lake reflecting the sky; transparent babbling stream; huge rocks or a majestic forest, calm, huge and endless… And choose the music for your mood. If you want energetic music to charge you to the fullest, alternate it sometimes with calm and relaxing music.
