Well, I said. Well you scream. And I just observe all this in my usual calm presence. By the way, it calms aggression.

Developing the skill of calm presence is one of the easiest and most effective ways to manage emotions.
Indians know how to control their emotions because they know how to keep a calm face.
The training of recruits in the army begins with the stand «Attention!» and numerous other procedures and rituals aimed, among other things, at mastering a calm presence. Recruits are ordinary children, it is natural for them to grimace and rattle, so they tend to be afraid, offended and upset. The army teaches them to keep a calm face and through this — to manage their emotions, to be able to maintain self-control and fortitude in the most difficult and responsible situations.
If you want to be in better control of your emotions. practice a calm face. I recommend the technique: make a list of typical situations when your face is crooked, twitching, wrinkling, and so on. This usually happens when you do something unpleasant or difficult. These could be situations:
- face under the shower
- wash the dishes,
- lifting weights and other situations of tension in sports.
Accordingly, take these situations under control and purposefully, consciously, train a calm face in these situations. Soon (from a week to a couple of months) you will start to succeed, and no later than in 6 months you will have a corresponding habit. Your face will become calmer, and behind this your character will become more calm and balanced.
A good test is to record yourself on video. The video shows very clearly when your face is correct, and when it suddenly curves. Make sure that your face in the video is only calm and beautiful. When you have mastered this, start teaching yourself the expressiveness and brightness of emotions, but the development of emotional expressiveness should only go after you have mastered the basics — you have mastered a calm presence.
How to train in children
If a child of 7-12 years old gets divorced, gets angry and loses control over himself, his task is: “Stop! Stand still for one minute with a smile! If he obeys his parents and does it, then in a minute he will be completely calm.
