According to the doctor of medical sciences, the capital may return to normal life in the coming days. The government, which plans to extend the self-isolation regime for the May holidays, clearly disagrees.
TV presenter Elena Malysheva believes that Moscow is quite ready to return to normal life. She announced this during a live broadcast on her Instagram.
Malysheva said that during the period of self-isolation, the authorities were able to give medical institutions the opportunity to prepare for the peak load due to the coronavirus. According to Malysheva, medicine in Moscow is “more than ready.” The TV presenter explained that new hospitals were deployed in the capital, a large number of intensive care beds were created, and also ventilators and ECMO (extracorporeal membrane oxygenation) machines were purchased.
“Therefore, from my point of view, the time has come to move to a normal life,” concluded Elena Vasilievna.
Note that over the past day in Russia, the number of cases of coronavirus has increased by 5 people.
