Nowadays, with the great popularity of physical activity, we are exposed to numerous minor and more serious injuries. One of them is problems with the elbow joint, although not only sports can cause our problems. Despite its structure and good stability, the elbow joint is the second most injured joint.
Construction of the elbow joint
