Elbow dislocation – what to do?

The second most common dislocation of the joint after a dislocation of the shoulder. Most often it happens when falling on an outstretched arm.

The elbow area is swollen and the patient cannot move his limb due to pain. You should aim to set the dislocation and immobilization as soon as possible for a period of 3 weeks. The limb must be immobilized during transport.
