The psychologist Belén Colomina, an expert in mindfulness, invites in this guided meditation session to travel through uncertainty from our ability to find and train serenity
On many occasions, when the future is uncertain, a feeling of anguish, anxiety or concern occurs that worries us. The uncertainty it usually generates a state of discomfort from which we want to escape. In this flight, we generally stumble if we do not know how to calm our perspective.
Anchor to present from the calm, it can allow you to find enough peace within yourself to continue navigating the uncertainty because, although it is true that we do not know what will happen, we do know that we can choose how I want to live it and face it.
To do this, in this week’s meditation, we learn to navigate uncertainty from our ability to find and train internal serenity.
