Egg powder is a natural product, an available source of proteins and biologically active substances. How to make an egg powder omelet
Before embarking on the implementation of various recipes with the participation of egg powder, it is necessary to clarify the required ratio of ingredients in the dish. As a rule, only 150 g of dry semi-finished product can replace a dozen large chicken eggs.
For one serving of omelet, you will need the following number of products:
– Egg powder – 1 tablespoon; – milk – 1/3 cup; – butter (10 g).

– wheat flour (3 cups); – egg powder (2 tablespoons); – water for diluting a semi-finished product (4 tablespoons); – butter with a fat content of 80-82,5% (250 g); – granulated sugar (1,5 glasses); – a pinch of baking soda and vanillin.
Put melted butter, at least 80% fat, a small amount of vanilla and baking soda in the sweet egg mass. Gently add sifted premium wheat flour and knead to the dough. Cook it until it gets very cool and no longer sticks to your hands.
Pass the dough through a meat grinder, then place the twisted strands in cookie-like portions on a greased and parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake the treat in the oven at 15 ° C for 200 minutes. Sprinkle icing sugar on the cookies before serving.
