Break the eggs into a bowl and mix with cream, spices and a spoonful of cheese. Chop the tomatoes. Cut the zucchini into rings. In a frying pan, melt the butter and oil. Add the zucchini and cook for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned. Pour in the egg mass and sprinkle the top with sun-dried tomatoes. Fry for about 2-3 minutes, letting the liquid fill the edges. Put in a preheated oven for 5 minutes. Remove when the edges of the frittata come off the pan.
