HCA affects the liver directly, and not the brain (as in the case of most preparations), thanks to which it supports many processes in our body. It contributes to more active fat burning, and also inhibits the process of converting carbohydrates into fat. Thanks to this, it protects the body against the formation of unnecessary fat tissue. It also supports the removal of bad cholesterol and causes a faster feeling of satiety. Taking this remedy in reasonable amounts is completely safe and causes weight loss.

Green coffee, a way to improve metabolism and circulation

The second effective way to assisted weight loss is green coffee, i.e. coffee beans that have not been roasted. Research by scientists from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania has shown that it has a positive effect on weight loss. The ingredient that supports this process is chlorogenic acid, a strong antioxidant that reduces the absorption of sugars in the digestive system. Thanks to this, it forces the body to take energy from adipose tissue.

It also prevents sugars from turning into fat. Green coffee beans are a wealth of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, but so far the effects of their long-term use have not been fully tested. So it’s better not to introduce green coffee extract to your diet permanently, until it is thoroughly tested.

Raspberry ketones, i.e. sweet fruits that slim down?

Raspberry ketones give raspberries their characteristic, pleasant smell. That is why they have been used in the cosmetics, perfumery and food industries for many years. Reports about their slimming properties are new, because it turns out that they inhibit weight gain, accelerate metabolism and increase body temperature. Their chemical action is similar to that of capsaicin. Slimming with ketones, however, is not about eating large amounts of raspberries … To provide the body with the recommended dose of this ingredient, you would need to consume huge amounts of these fruits. Therefore, there are supplements that, unfortunately, are not very cheap.
