Often, popular diets are designed for a female audience, because the female sex is more worried about the slimness and beauty of the body. For a man, severe restrictions, which are most often found in diets, are not quite suitable – earners need strength, they have a different hormonal system and problems with potency can be the result of an illiterate approach to nutrition. Which diets are more adapted to the male body?
Kim Protasov’s diet
