Effective detox only under 6 conditions!

There are many cleansing diets today. Why do not the products we use recommended in the diet ultimately lead to detox of the body? The causative power is in wholesome products that provide the body with appropriate nutrients and many important substances that support the removal of toxins from it. We advise on which products we should pay special attention to during cleaning.

  1. Eat good quality meat!Unfortunately, the meat we eat on a daily basis may contain various types of antibiotics and hormones that have a negative impact on our health. Often animals in slaughterhouses are fed with them not to improve their health but to accelerate their weight gain. During the cleansing diet, we should pay particular attention to the quality of the meat. It is then worth reaching for meat of organic origin, from slaughterhouses where animals are not fed with steroids. The fact is that meat from a cow that was fed naturally, i.e. with grass, contains a large amount of omega-3 fatty acids valuable for health and many important microelements. A similar situation applies to fish. It is worth choosing those from the sea rather than farmed fish.
  2. Appreciate the power of natural cereals!Consuming cereal grains is important in a daily diet, not only cleansing. However, before detoxing, we should know that products such as pasta and bread can sabotage detoxification due to the fact that they contain processed grains. The seeds then lose a lot of nutrients, valuable enzymes and fiber. Focusing only on the cleansing diet, we should introduce buckwheat, spelled or amaranth grains to the menu because the body is much better at dealing with them during digestion. These beans can be prepared by boiling them or adding them to prepared dishes.
  3. Say no to colorful drinks!The cleansing diet is based on one main principle – not introducing unwanted toxins into the body, therefore drinking alcohol should be postponed for another period. We are mainly harmed by colored drinks, which contain a lot of preservatives and dyes. If we cannot do without alcohol and its withdrawal is too difficult, we suggest making a home-made tincture prepared only from organic fruit. It will be tasty, percentage and healthy.
  4. Limit your coffee intake!Avoid drinking sugary drinks, especially those that add energy. They contain massive amounts of sugar harmful to the body and caffeine, the consumption of which should be controlled during detoxification. Why? Because an excessive amount of caffeine in this case can lead to unpleasant ailments such as vomiting or diarrhea. They limit the natural absorption of vitamins and minerals. So try to drink two cups of coffee a day. Coffee, in its own way, is of course healthy and you don’t have to give it up completely.
  5. Choose nut milk!Drinking milk during a cleansing diet is not advisable, as it most often causes flatulence, which makes it longer for food to be digested in the digestive system. Bet on cashew milk. How to get them? Pour a whole glass of nuts into the pot, adding three glasses of water (boiled or mineral). Set aside overnight (not in the fridge). In the morning, mix the contents and add half a teaspoon of honey and cinnamon or vanilla as desired. If you prefer faster solutions, just reach for unsweetened natural dairy products, such as natural yogurt. You can diversify its consumption by adding fruit, honey or jam.
  6. Reach for valuable proteins!Consuming protein is extremely important in any diet, but in a diet designed to cleanse our body of toxins, it is of the utmost importance. Full of valuable protein is found in kefir, Greek yogurt, pumpkin, nuts and legumes. If you want animal protein, it’s best to get it from poultry or turkey meat.
