EERROR function in Excel

This example demonstrates how the function works ISERROR (ISERROR) in Excel.

1. The example below shows that Excel throws an error # DIV / 0! (#DIV/0!) when the formula tries to divide a number by zero:
2. Function ISERROR (ISERROR) checks for an error and returns TRUE or FALSE.

   Let’s try to use functions IF (If and ISERROR (ISERROR). In the figure below, in cases where the cell contains an error, the value 5 is returned. If there is no error, the value 100 is returned.

   =IF(ISERROR(A2/B2),5,100)

   =ЕСЛИ(ЕОШИБКА(A2/B2);5;100)
