Each girl visits the beautician’s office with enviable frequency for the next procedure for the face and body. But how well do we know what this or that injection, mask or complex care is for?

In order to find out a little more about this, we will analyze all kinds of beauty treatments.

Alginate mask – a professional cosmetic product based on alginate, that is, a mass of brown algae in a dried gelatinized form. Alginate masks are able to stimulate and regenerate skin cells, have a deep moisturizing, softening and light bactericidal effect. After applying the mask, a pronounced lifting effect is noted.

Ampoule remedies – a group of various cosmetics dosed in ampoules. Ampoule products are used for external use, from which home care products and products used in the salon are distinguished. They are the main remedy for the treatment and rejuvenation of the face in the system of other procedures, but their effectiveness depends on how and with what this drug is combined.

Aromatherapy – a therapeutic effect on the body through the sense of smell, based on the use of essential oils. Used in the beauty industry for dealing with stress and related illnesses, as well as diseases of a chronic nature.

Antioxidants – substances that stop or slow down oxidation processes. They neutralize highly active molecules – free radicals, which are either contained in the skin or get on its surface with external impurities, interrupting the oxidation reaction. There are natural (vitamin E) and synthetic origin. In cosmetics, they are used as agents that slow down the premature aging of the skin.

biorevitalization – This is the transformation of the biological structure of the skin to restore its original, young qualities – moisture capacity, elasticity, tone. If you literally translate the word “biorevitalization”, you get “biorevitalization”, the revitalization of the skin in a biological way.

Biostimulants Are herbal ingredients in cosmetics that activate metabolism and regeneration in skin cells, supplying them with vitamins and microelements.

Bioslim – Salon body treatment in which an anti-cellulite cream is applied to areas of the body, then covered with a warming blanket or an electric blanket. The procedure helps to accelerate the penetration of cosmetic products and reduce body weight. It is offered as part of anti-cellulite programs.

Botox – a procedure for injecting into the mimic muscles of a preparation based on a toxin produced by the anaerobic bacterium Clostridium botulinum, which causes botulism. The drug paralyzes the muscles, thereby smoothing wrinkles and, accordingly, lifting this area of ​​the skin.

Brossage – mechanical cleansing of the skin of the face and body using exfoliating peeling creams and mechanical action with a special apparatus. The device for bussage is equipped with various attachments, as a result of the rotation of which mechanical peeling of the skin occurs. Pumice, sponges, brushes of different hardness and different diameters are used as attachments.

Waxing (wax depilation) – a method of hair removal using resin or wax.

Vacuum massage – massage helps to renew and strengthen the skin, but especially to stimulate lymphatic drainage, which even leads to the elimination of the “orange peel” effect in the early stages of cellulite.

Vacuum face peel it is used as one of the basic cosmetic procedures after a brassage. The negative suction force of the drainage tubes during the treatment of the skin causes a partial detachment of the stratum corneum of the epidermis, promotes blood flow to the skin, increases blood circulation, opens pores, sucks out the contents of comedones and acne, and has a lymphatic drainage effect. Ideal conditions are created to improve blood circulation, oxygenation and nutrient saturation of the skin.

Vaporization – a cosmetological procedure, which consists in steaming the skin to enhance blood circulation, expand pores, stimulate the secretions of the sebaceous and sweat glands and then remove impurities.

Wine therapy – the use of grapes and wine products in physiotherapy and cosmetology for body shaping, rejuvenation, and improving skin tone.

hyaluronic acid… The biological functions of hyaluronic acid consist not only of a moisturizing effect, but also of a regenerating, antiviral, bactericidal, wound-healing activity. It is widely used in cosmetics, including serums, creams, lipsticks. Emulsions have a soft and fine consistency, are well tolerated by the skin, effectively moisturize and protect the skin.

Гоммаж – cleansing procedure, performed using a cream with a special composition, applied with prolonged movements, similar to massage. It is very good to carry out a gommage procedure before a massage, wrapping – almost any type of body care.

Disincrustation – a method of deep cleansing of the skin, it is especially effective for oily skin prone to acne.

Depilation – temporary removal of hair from the skin surface, without affecting the deep processes of hair growth. These include wax depilation (waxing), shugaring, chemical depilation, plucking and pulling, using electric depilators, shaving and cutting.

Dermabrasion – a method based on thin layer-by-layer skin resurfacing due to the action of microcrystalline aluminum oxide powder. A high-pressure stream of particles is directed onto the skin using a special device. This gentle modern type of mechanical peeling is called “microcrystalline dermabrasion”. The method is more effective than classical peeling and softer than chemical peeling.

Dermotonia – a technique similar to massage performed with cans, performed on a special apparatus with attachments, inside of which negative pressure is created. It is most commonly used to treat cellulite.

Detoxification – cleansing the body of poisons or toxins that can accumulate under the influence of the external environment or as a result of bad habits. In cosmetology, a procedure is often used to detoxify the skin in order to deeply cleanse it and remove toxins.

Yellow peeling – a kind of superficial-median chemical peeling, which works in the middle layers of the epidermis and therefore has a rather pronounced rejuvenating effect, helps to effectively smooth wrinkles, eliminate hyperpigmentation (photoaging).

Infrared treatments have a pronounced cosmetic effect. The pores of the skin are expanded and cleansed, dead cells are removed; the skin is intensively cleansed for further cosmetic procedures.

Ion therapy – subcutaneous injections of ionized oxygen or oxygen-ozone mixture. Effectively accelerates metabolic processes in cells, is used for cellulite, sagging skin, overweight and uneven fat deposition in the chin, thighs, abdomen, etc.
