Plasmolifting – injection method of rejuvenation based on the use of plasma of one’s own blood. In cosmetology, it is used to combat skin aging, in particular to smooth out wrinkles, the effects of excessive sun exposure, and to generally improve the condition of the skin. The technique is also effective for the treatment of hair loss.

Pressotherapy – a method that helps to get rid of puffiness, stagnation of venous blood and lymph, the fight against cellulite. It is also used to tone the walls of blood vessels, prevent varicose veins.

Restylane – a preparation for eliminating wrinkles on the face, correcting the shape of the lips and face oval, which is a sterile biogel containing stabilizing hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin.

Spa capsule Is a physiotherapeutic hydrotherapy device that combines the concentration of beneficial effects of water, traditional methods of naturopathy and a powerful physiotherapeutic complex.

Stone therapy – a relaxing procedure using smooth stones, heated or cooled, which are placed on different parts of the body and face. Stone therapy improves blood circulation, promotes tissue oxygenation, stimulates lymphatic drainage, i.e. elimination of toxins and excess fluid.

Thalassotherapy – a physiotherapeutic technique based on the therapeutic use of sea water, silt mud, algae. Literally translated as “sea treatment”. It has a multifaceted healing effect on the body.

Thermage – one of the methods of rejuvenation, which is also an alternative to a surgical facelift. The procedure is performed using low frequency radio waves that penetrate 5-7 mm under the skin and stimulate the production of its own collagen.

Ultrasound therapy – devices for UST are used in surgical, physiotherapy, and cosmetology practices. In the latter case, they are used for ultrasound cleaning of the skin, deep injection of nutrients into tissues, and the fight against aesthetic problems. Ultrasound is also used to eliminate fatty deposits and congestion in the subcutaneous fat layer (cellulite treatment).

UZ vibromassage Is an effective procedure for the treatment of cellulite, reduction of body fat, stretch marks, tightening of flabby tissues, as well as rehabilitation after liposuction.

UZ peeling – procedure for cleansing the skin of the face and neck using ultrasound. Ultrasonic treatment differs from the classic mechanical cleaning of the face in minimal trauma and maximum efficiency in cleansing pores.

UZ phonophoresis Is one of the most demanded procedures in cosmetology. Phonophoresis is based on a combination of ultrasound exposure and special therapeutic agents that need to be injected into the tissue. Under the influence of phonophoresis in the skin, cell metabolism is activated, lymph flow and blood circulation are improved. Phonophoresis has an anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, and most importantly, it allows active substances to intensively penetrate into the skin that fight various cosmetic problems: fading, wrinkles, clogged pores.

UVT – shock wave therapy, somewhat similar to ultrasound and used to treat cellulite. The tasks that UHT can solve quickly and successfully are painless resorption of fibrous septa, increased lymph flow and blood circulation, activation of local metabolism and elimination of toxins, acceleration of fat breakdown.

Fillers – injectable preparations, a popular means of aesthetic correction, rejuvenation of the face and other parts of the body. The filler injection procedure is known as contouring.

Phototherapy – a medical procedure that eliminates the effects of skin photoaging, age-related changes caused by stress, intense lifestyle, environmental factors, and prevents new ones.

Photoepilation – Today it is considered one of the most effective, fast and painless ways to eliminate unwanted hair.

Chemical peeling – a procedure using a weak acid solution, in which the surface layers of the epithelium are removed. After chemical peeling, the skin begins to intensively produce its own collagen, a pronounced rejuvenating effect is achieved.

Chromotherapy – impact on the body through the properties of color and colored light. Each color of the spectrum has a different purpose. For example, in blue – activation of lymphatic drainage and venous circulation, in yellow – the fight against cellulite, in red – stimulation of blood circulation, increasing muscle tone and improving the functioning of the digestive system. Chromotherapy gives good results when combined with other methods of physiotherapy and treatment.

Holistic care Is a term commonly used in the spa and, more broadly, the Wellness industry. The holistic (from the English holistic – single, holistic) concept of healing combines the traditions of ancient healing and modern technical achievements, the traditions of the East and West. Holistic includes a variety of techniques that are united by one common idea: a person is a single whole.

Face cleaning – a hygienic procedure for removing dead horny scales, sebaceous gland secretions, comedones from the skin surface, additionally including opening and cleansing inflammatory elements in compliance with the rules of asepsis and antiseptics. It can be carried out with or without preliminary steaming of the skin (vaporization).

Scar resurfacing – the general name of methods that allow you to get rid of scars as an aesthetic defect. As a result of resurfacing, the scars are smoothed out with the surface of the skin and become almost invisible.

Shugaring – depilation method using sugar. The composition for removing unwanted hair is a viscous mass that looks like honey.

Exfoliation – getting rid of dead cells using exfoliation, guaranteeing a healthy appearance of the skin. It can be carried out by mechanical, physical, chemical and other methods; among them there are those that cannot be used in the active solar phase. At home, mechanical exfoliants (scrubs and abrasives) of mild action are shown.

Electrolysis – in the practice of hair removal, electrolysis is used with the help of a constant galvanic current, leading to a chemical reaction at the end of the needle brought to the hair follicle. Electrolysis is very effective, especially when used with multi-needle electrodes (reusable probes). Suitable for the whole body, except for the armpits and bikini area.

Electrophoresis – a procedure for introducing an active substance into the skin using a galvanic current. Under the influence of galvanic current, blood and lymph circulation increases, metabolic processes in the skin are stimulated. It is used for age-related changes in the skin of the face, in the treatment of acne.

Juvederm – filler for the correction of wrinkles, nasolabial folds and lip augmentation in the form of a transparent homogeneous gel. Juvederm has the highest concentration of hyaluronic acid and at the same time has all its advantages as a means for facial contouring.
