Edible flowers: roses for dessert

These roses taste like arugula and are great for salads and various snacks.

One of the main advantages of the product is its ecological purity: no chemistry is used when growing roses, only natural methods of combating diseases and pests. These are spraying with garlic water and chamomile decoction, and planting tobacco, repelling insects, and predatory insects that destroy parasites, but do not harm the plant.

The plantations themselves are located on virgin territory that has never been used for agricultural purposes before. For watering roses, melt water from the snow-covered slopes of the Andean mountains is used.

Edible roses are grown in four colors, ranging from burgundy to green. Soon, manufacturers are planning to organize the supply of their product to various parts of the world, including Russia.

But not only roses can be eaten, there are many other edible flowers, among them – nasturtium, calendula, chrysanthemum, pansies and, of course, dandelions.
