EcoVag is used prophylactically and therapeutically to maintain or restore the normal bacterial flora of the vagina in women over 18 years of age. The preparation contains live lactobacilli. EcoVag in the form of vaginal capsules is available without a prescription.

SUBSTANCE 1 capsule contains: not less than 100 million CFU Lactobacillus gasseri DMS 14869, not less than 100 million CFU Lactobacillus rhamnosus DMS 14870

EcoVag is a preparation containing live lactobacilli, restores the correct composition of the vaginal flora and helps to maintain it.

EcoVag – indications and dosage

EcoVag contains live lactobacilli and is used prophylactically and medicinally in order to maintain or restore the normal bacterial flora of the vagina in women over 18 years of age.

Dosage: use 1 capsule 1 × / d vaginally at bedtime.

1. Prophylactically, immediately after the end of menstruation for 4-6 days.
2. Therapeutically, after antibiotic therapy for 6-8 days.

EcoVag and contraindications

Contraindications to the use of EcoVag are:

1. hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation.
2. Use especially cautiously in people with disorders of the immune system.

EcoVag – warnings

1. Before using EcoVag while pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor.
2. Caution should be exercised in women who have severe problems with the immune system.
3. The preparation EcoVagnie affects the ability to drive motor vehicles and operate devices / machines.
4. Store the product at a temperature below 25 degrees Celsius.

EcoVag – interactions

Do not use EcoVag while you are taking antibacterial, anti-thrombotic or anti-fungal drugs as they inhibit growth or kill the lactobacilli contained in the preparation.
