A baby’s attitude to the natural world is formed from an early age. Parents and educators need to instill in him a love for all living things. For example, didactic games on ecology will show how beautiful the world around is, how important it is to protect it.

The purpose of the environmental games

In a preschool institution, the child is taught everything necessary. At a young age, he already has a worldview and a certain attitude towards the surrounding nature.

Didactic games on ecology contribute to the correct development of the child.

Ecology games will help him master the world around him. He will master the methods of cognition of the connection between objects and natural phenomena. He will understand how the flora and fauna interact with each other. What animal lives where, and how it can be protected.

Exciting entertainment helps:

  • develop cognitive abilities;
  • replenish environmental knowledge that will be useful in the future;
  • develop positive qualities such as kindness, responsiveness, friendship.

Children learn to interact in a team, to hear and listen to each other. Their analytical abilities will develop correctly: touch, hearing, smell, sight. Games will bring joy to the kid. With their help, he will understand the principles of life in the natural world.

What are the ecology games for children

Educators and parents will help teach children to treat the environment correctly. Their presence in team play is mandatory. They will tell the kids how to behave.

There are two such games:

  • Sheep and Wolves. A fun active game in which the kids have to split into two teams. Participants in the first will be “wolves”, the second – “sheep”. “Sheep” should be walking on a green lawn. The teacher tells what these animals eat, what size they are, what sounds they make. After that, he talks about wolves. The first team members must hide. The teacher calls them. “Sheep” scatter in different directions, and “Wolves” must catch them.
  • “Know the world around you.” An interesting game with which the teacher teaches kids to perceive nature correctly. He asks them questions. For example, what color is the trunk of a birch, what is the shape of the leaves on the oak, and so on. Kids should answer them. Whoever answered correctly receives a small reward. As it, you can offer the participants stars made of colored paper. Whoever has more awards based on the results of the game won.

These two games are best done outdoors while walking. Children will not notice how time flies, and will learn something useful.

The child must be taught to love the environment from an early age. This will help bring up a kind and sympathetic person in him. He will learn to treat animals correctly, take care of them. In the future, this knowledge will help him in life.
