So, a healthy diet for every day without fail begins with a glass of clean hot water. Only hot water helps to cleanse the digestive tract and awakens the body. Those who find it difficult to drink just water can add a spoonful of honey, lemon or ginger juice, ground cinnamon, these additives only enhance the positive effect. You can have breakfast only after half an hour.

 

Compliance with the drinking regime ensures the correctness of the slogan “healthy eating, healthy organism”. It is usually recommended to consume at least two liters of clean water, for example, one glass per hour. It is important to remember that juice, tea (including green), coffee and even soups are not water, but food. Drinking regularly will lead to shortness of breath, swelling and a constant desire to eat.

The next postulate is that healthy food for every day should be portioned, every three to four hours in small portions. Taking large gaps is critical as they contribute to overeating.

The rule of healthy eating states that the last meal should be no later than three hours before bedtime. Refusal to eat after six in the evening, in fact, is not justified by anything.

And one more useful tip for a healthy diet. Many people know that it is better to cook food with steam or in the oven. But it turns out that, if desired, frying of meat and vegetables is allowed. The main thing is to comply with the condition of not mixing fats of animal and vegetable origin. For example, if you fry potatoes, then you need to do it in vegetable oil, and when frying meat in butter. In this case, the calorie content of the dish is slightly, but decreases.

Recommended healthy meals for the week include not only vegetables, fresh fish or baked meat, but also cereals and even pasta (the main thing is to choose products from durum wheat).

A little secret when preparing meals, it is recommended to use bran and spices that promote weight loss. Bran in food is almost invisible, but the result is amazing. As for spices (such as pepper, turmeric, ginger or horseradish), adding them significantly improves the taste experience.

The peculiarity of a healthy diet is that the use of fats, for example, nuts that are extremely useful for the body, is quite allowed. The main thing is to observe the measure in everything. By the way, do not forget about the glycemic index, otherwise the body will have a lot of glucose stored as fat.
