I am an image and style consultant by profession. I teach people to dress beautifully and look good. But one day, when I saw myself in a report in a magazine, I was amazed at my appearance. And when I was on the verge of abandoning my idea of returning a youthful figure, I learned that there is a healthy and tasty food delivery service in Chelyabinsk. The nutritionist calculates the diet by calorie content (1100-1400 kcal), the composition of useful nutrients, the balance of the ratio of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and makes a menu. A wonderful chef cooks delicious dishes from organic farm products all night long, and in the morning a courier brings food in containers for the whole day right to your home. This makes six meals, with lunch consisting of three and dinner with two courses. The menu does not repeat for two weeks. The price for such a service was rather high, but the result and great mood were worth it. Now I ate Caesar salad, salmon with caviar, chestnut soup, baked veal tongue, berry mousses and my favorite cheese cakes! At the same time, the arrow of the scales crawled down every day.

Thus, I stopped counting calories, weighing, planning menus, grocery shopping, cooking and washing dishes. Having freed up a lot of time, I got delicious food and lost 15 kg in three months. This time without depression, easy and joyful. Girlfriends just shrugged. It turns out that when you lose weight on balanced diets, the skin does not sag, but, on the contrary, tightens! The second chin, stomach, “ears” on the hips disappeared. Add to this a general improvement in the body, clarity of mind thanks to a gluten-free diet, vigor and energy, as in youth. I not only came to my ideal weight, but also acquired new eating habits, which now allow me to keep in shape on my own.

It included delicious dishes from all cuisines of the world: a variety of dishes from all types of meat, except pork, turkey, chicken, river and sea fish, vegetables, fruits and berries, farm dairy products, fruit drinks and fruit drinks, soups and low-calorie desserts. We have practically eliminated sweets and baked goods, canned foods and flavor enhancers. A variety of natural seasonings were added to the dishes, which imparted an exquisite taste and allowed the use of a minimum amount of salt.
