Easter activities to do with Baby

Colorful eggs

To decorate eggs with a toddler, know thatit is better to harden them before. Have it paint with only one background color – water-based paint or gouache. It will be easier !

If you want to eat the colored hard-boiled eggs, use non-toxic dyes on the shells. To make them shine, you can also apply a coat of clear or glitter nail polish.

A garland of decorated eggs

Pierce the end of the egg with a long needle in order to pierce the yolk for sure and gently enlarge the hole. Do the same on the other end. Stand on top of a container and blow into it to remove the contents.

Pass the eggs one after the other in the wire and you will get a garland. Between each egg, tie a pretty ribbon. This is something to amaze Baby who will choose the place to hang it!

Balloon eggs

Inflate yellow, green and blue balloons and have children turn them into Easter eggs by drawing patterns on them with markers.

Easter tree

Disguise one of your green plants as an Easter tree by inviting Baby to hang eggs on it that you will have painted or decorated together.

Egg-shaped placemats

Cut egg-shaped sheets of card stock and decorate them with ribbons, paper doilies, and / or glitter. This will make great place mats.

A table nest
