Easier to remember

A pause is the best way to facilitate the assimilation of the material covered. Note to pupils and students.

It will be much easier to assimilate the text or content of the lecture if we allow ourselves 10 minutes of rest immediately after it*. The main thing here is to do nothing: other activities that require mental effort (for example, solving crossword puzzles) prevent new knowledge from gaining a foothold in our neurons.
