What to do if menopause suddenly comes.
Recently, in our company of friends (aged 35 and older), a sudden conversation began: what to do if menopause suddenly comes? It turned out that many of us tuned in in advance to the “standard” scenario: hot flashes, sudden mood swings, bouts of irritability, problems with sex … Realizing that such a future does not cause much joy, we wondered: is it possible to somehow help ourselves with dignity meet and spend this new (and inevitable) age stage?
What do you need to know from the start?
Menopause is an absolutely natural stage in the life cycle associated with the gradual fading of the reproductive functions of the female body. During this period, there is a restructuring of the body’s hormonal system, a decrease in the production of the sex hormone estrogen, a change in the balance between estrogen and progesterone, and other subtle shifts in the work of a complex mechanism.
All the unpleasant manifestations of menopause, both external and internal, are usually associated with this hormonal process. Of course, not a single woman can completely stop the changes and cancel menopause, however, it is in our power to help the body to preserve female youth and beauty for as long as possible!
When to start?
The sooner the foundation is laid to support the body, the better. It should not be forgotten that before the actual menopause (termination of the cycle) there is still a period of premenopause, when the beginning unpleasant manifestations of menopause can already gradually reduce the quality of life.
Despite the fact that at 35 and even 40 years, menopause seems to many as a threat to the distant future, its first signs may well await around the next turn of life. This is an interesting paradox: the earlier the preparation of the body for the stage of menopause begins, the less noticeably it can pass.
What can be done?
First of all, you need to soberly assess the state of your own body. Nowadays, it is already somehow inconvenient to once again talk about the importance of regular checks, because now they are available in many cities even within the framework of the compulsory medical insurance. Regular visits to a therapist, general and special analyzes for his purposes and, of course, routine examinations with a gynecologist – this is the necessary minimum that will allow you to catch the first signs of imminent changes and respond to them correctly.
It is also best to lay the foundation for physical well-being and body tone as early as possible. Fortunately, healthy lifestyles are in trend now, so each of us can easily find the most appropriate recommendations for the nutrition system and physical activity. By the way, fitness experts advise putting special emphasis on cardio training and stretching. This will help the body to resist age-related changes and the aging process as long as possible.
And, of course, we must not forget about competent support of the body. To meet menopause on alert and not give it a chance to undermine the physical and emotional state can help special substances – phytoestrogens. These are extracts of medicinal herbs and plants, which are similar in structure to the human estrogen produced by the female body.
Phytoestrogens are found in many plants: in particular, red clover, sacred vitex and angelica have proven themselves well. When used together, their extracts contribute to the smooth passage of the body through menopause and help to maintain female youth and beauty for as long as possible.
Of course, the easiest way is to take them as part of a convenient biocomplex, designed specifically to help the body, such as, for example,
biocomplex
It is important to understand that any important event or life stage can go better if you prepare for them in advance. So remember: our future is in our hands. Comprehensive training and competent support of the body at all age stages will help to maintain women’s youth, beauty and overall quality of life for much longer!
