Method of preparation
The processed unplastomed fish is cut into portions. From the heads of fish and fish fines, broth is boiled, filtered. In the boiling broth, put the whole heads of small onions, prepared pearl barley (cooked until half cooked), potatoes, cut into slices, pieces of fish and cook. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, add salt, spices and cook until tender. When you leave the fish soup, sprinkle with chopped parsley (2-3 g net per serving).
