Method of preparation
Broth is boiled from fish bones and filtered. Potatoes and vegetables, cut into slices, are placed in the boiling broth. 10-15 minutes before the end of cooking, put pike perch fillet (with skin and rib bones) 1-2 pieces per serving, then cut tomatoes into slices, and spices. At the end of cooking, butter is put in the ear. Wuhu can be cooked without oil.
