5″ — Disodium inosinate (Disodium inosinate, E631) – flavor and aroma enhancer.

It is used in chips, fast food, and condiments. Flavor enhancer, used only together with monosodium glutamate due to the relatively high cost.

In our country, only disubstituted sodium inosinate is allowed. Not recommended for children. There are opinions about the involvement of sodium inosinate in the “Chinese restaurant syndrome”.
