Ammonium carbonates (Ammonium Carbonates, Ammonium carbonate, Ammonium bicarbonate, Ammonium hydrogen carbonate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium bicarbonate, ammonium carbonate, ammonium carbonate, E503) — the ammonium salt of carbonic acid.
Chemical formula (NH4)2CO3. Colorless crystals, highly soluble in water.
Types of ammonium carbonates:
- (i) Ammonium carbonate);
- (ii) Ammonium bicarbonate (Ammonium bicarbonate, Ammonium hydrogen carbonate).
