Botox and dysport: is there a difference?
The effect of Botox and dysport
Cons of dysport and botox
Injection rejuvenation is not safe. The injected toxin has consequences that are revealed differently when using one of the drugs.
Most often, you hear about muscle paralysis caused by anti-aging injections. These consequences will affect you only when choosing a non-professional cosmetologist. Accidentally injecting it into the wrong place on your face can actually immobilize the wrong muscles.
After Botox injections, your facial expressions will change slightly for a while. For example, when correcting the forehead, the eyebrows can be raised, which gives the face a brutal expression. The best way to mask this is to remove excess hair by adjusting the shape. However, remember that this effect is characteristic only for the period of “adaptation” of the drug and will quickly disappear.
The diffusion inherent in dysport can turn from a plus to a minus. If the technology of administration of the drug is violated and it enters the bloodstream, this will lead to relaxation of adjacent muscles (so-called dysphagia / ptosis). Most often, this error leads to lowering of the corners of the eyelid and distortions in the area of the nasolabial folds.
