Dumbbell bench press lying on the floor technique exercises:

  1. Lie on the floor. Bend legs at the knees.
  2. Take the dumbbells in hand. Palms facing each other.
  3. Perform the dumbbell bench press, fully straighten arms. When performing this movement, rotate the brush by 90° as shown in the figure.
